Starters

Roasted sweet potato soup (V/VG/GFO)

 A creamy blend of roast sweet potato, onion, leek and paprika served with herb garlic bread and butter.

Salt and pepper pineapple cut squid chunks

Tender squid chunks seasoned with salt and pepper served with zesty garlic aioli and fresh lemon wedges.

Ham Hock terrine

Rustic terrine with pickled cucumber, toasted sourdough and peppery rocket salad. 


Sriracha-Honey Cauliflower Bites (V)

Crispy battered cauliflower tossed in a sweet and spicy sriracha honey sauce, garnished with vibrant micro greens.


Mains

 Stuffed Turkey Parcel (GFO)

Succulent roast turkey stuffed with sage and onion, wrapped in crispy bacon, served with roasted vegetables, pigs in blankets, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, Yorkshire pudding, and rich gravy.

Tender roast Beef (GFO)

Tender dry-rubbed beef roast, accompanied by roasted vegetables, pigs in blankets, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, Yorkshire pudding, and savoury gravy.

Festive Chestnut and Cranberry Roast (V/VG)

 A hearty mix of brown rice, mushrooms, and chestnuts, topped with tart cranberries, served with roasted vegetables, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, Yorkshire pudding, and gravy.

Pan-Seared Cod Fillet (GF)

Flaky cod fillet with a Welsh twist, served with creamy root vegetable mash, tender stem broccoli, creamy lemon and parsley sauce.


Desserts

Traditional Christmas Pudding (GFO/V)

Rich, spiced pudding served with warm custard.

Sticky Toffee Pudding (V)

Moist sponge cake with a luscious toffee sauce, salted caramel ice cream, and Biscoff crumble.

Black Forest Bar

Decadent chocolate and cherry bar, paired with refreshing strawberry ice cream
